Linda, this Pu’er tea comes from Li Da Mountain, near our own Settling Tea Mountain, and is made from Yunnan’s large-leaf tea trees. We sourced it from a local farmer in 2018, who described it as the perfect “everyday tea.” True to his word, this tea is soft, sweet, and wonderfully suited for daily enjoyment.

The dry leaves are slender and clean, carrying a subtle candy-like aroma. While not intensely flavored, the tea is pleasantly thick and smooth, with a sweetness and richness that might remind you of a Dian Hong black tea. The hui gan—a gentle, lingering aftertaste appears slowly and smoothly, with a soft aroma that stays with you on each breath.
