Raw Pu’er undergoes a natural fermentation process over several years, resulting in a complex flavor profile that evolves over time. Ripe Pu’er, on the other hand, undergoes an accelerated fermentation process, which produces a rich, mellow flavor more quickly. Both types of Pu’er are prized for their potential health benefits, including aiding digestion and weight loss, and they can be stored and aged like fine wines, increasing in value and flavor complexity with time.

Black tea is known for its rich, malty, and sometimes smoky flavor. Common types include Dianhong, Lapsang Souchong and Keemun. White tea has a subtle, sweet and light taste. Popular varieties include Silver Needle and Bai Mudan (White Peony). It is known for its potential health benefits, such as boosting the immune system, promoting helthy skin, and providing a gently energy boost due to its lower caffeine content compared to green and black teas.
