Shipping and Return Policy

Shipping

  • Free shipping is available on orders above $100 using ePacket.
  • We offer a flat rate of $12 for all orders eligible for ePacket.
  • On average, ePacket shipping times to the US range from 10 to 20 days from the date of shipment. Other countries may experience similar or slightly longer average shipping times. Approximately half of the time is spent reaching the destination, while the remaining half involves routing the package to the appropriate facilities before reaching the customer in the destination country. Shipping times can vary depending on factors such as customs, holidays, and other delays.
  • In the event that your package is lost during shipping, we will provide all available information to assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier.
    (Please note that we are unable to file claims on your behalf.)
  • Any additional fees or delays caused by a specific country’s customs are the sole responsibility of the customer. Please ensure that you provide all necessary information for customs declarations in your country. If a package is held by customs and not allowed to enter your country, we cannot be held responsible.

  • If you wish to use another form of package delivery system, such as DHL, UPS, or FedEx, please notify us during checkout by leaving a note after purchase. (Note that prices for these services are usually higher.)
  • Please be aware that these options do not include free shipping.

Returns & Refunds

Refundable
    • Unused teaware may be returned for a refund within 7 days of receipt, provided there is a valid reason for return. (In these cases, the buyer must cover the cost of return shipping).
    • Refunds will be processed upon receipt less shipping and a 30% restocking fee. 
    • Any order that has not yet been shipped (marked “complete” in your account) can be cancelled and refunded for 3.5% processing fee.

Non-Refundable

If the tracking number for a package shows that it arrived in the destination country, then all shipping fees and costs are 100% non-refundable.

  • All Tea (consumables) are final sale.
  • Teaware items that have already been used are also non-refundable. 
  • In all cases, shipping fees and costs are 100% non-refundable.
Damages and issues
    • All our products will be packed as safely and effectively as possible to ensure safe arrival. 
    • If any damages or issues with your order occurs, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the package, and we will resolve the situation, by replacing or refunding you for no additional cost.
    • In the rare event of a lost package, if the package cannot be found in any tracking databases or information up to 16 weeks after the shipping date, we will gladly offer a refund, re-send the item (if available), or replace it at no additional cost. This includes free shipping.
Tax and Customs
  • The buyer is responsible for any applicable taxes or duty that may be applied after the package arrives in their home country. 
  • We are also not responsible for delayed packages that are held for customs inspection. 
  • If you are in the EU and would like to minimize the chance of any delays upon entry to your country, please provide a VAT # at checkout to ensure timely delivery.
  • Any packages returned to us as a result of unpaid duty or taxes are subject to a 30% restocking fee.
  • Packages re-sent to us, can be sent back again for no additional expenses other than the cost of shipping.
  • Retuned packages can be refunded at a 30% restocking fee and if there are additional shipping costs.

Tracking

    • We will send you a tracking number ASAP after the package is submitted to the post office. 
    • Tracking numbers can take weeks to update sometimes, therefore we appreciate your patience.
