Made in 2016 from Yunnan large-leaf tea, this is our entry-level ripe tea with the “perfect” level of fermentation. If you haven’t tried Pu’er ripe teas before, we believe this is one of the best “introductory” teas. It has everything that Pu’er ripe tea should have, and nothing particularly stands out above the rest. Everything is perfectly blended, resulting in a smooth and oily texture.

When you boil this tea, it forms small shattered “star-shaped” fragments with a mild aroma of wood and Chinese dates. When you take the first few sips at early infusions, the tea broth will go down your throat smoothly, and you will hardly feel any astringency or bitterness. What stands out is the sweetness and warmth of the tea.

In the later infusions, the oily texture melts away slightly, becoming fresher and with a sweeter feeling. Throughout drinking this tea and even up to 30 minutes after, you will feel a mild Chinese dates taste lingering in your mouth and nose, giving it a long-lasting flavor.

Best suited for after dinner, this tea is recommended for everyone.
