Xi Gui 2019 Lincang Raw Pu’er

$22.00$495.00

This Pu’er tea is from Xigui, Manglu mountain and is made from Yunnan large-leaf tea trees. Manglu mountain, located in Lingcang, is famous for its Rattan tea. With more than 300 days of cloudy weather each year, the direction of sitting east to west provides the tea trees with suitable and full diffuse light. The tea trees from this area are mostly unpruned or “un-dwarfed” and allowed to grow in their natural state, resulting in a unique inner content with good balance and harmony.
This tea is known for its strong tea rhythm, smooth tea broth, remarkable hui gan, and quick sheng jin.

The highlight of this tea is its shape and unique taste. The tea is thick and long with a dark green color. When it comes to the taste, it is outstanding. With the first few infusions, the astringency appears instantly, but it melts away about 10-15 seconds later, revealing a lovely peppermint freshness. The tea has a super unique, cool and refreshing taste, especially when the broth reaches your throat. The coolness is remarkable, and there is an instant hui gan after the astringency, making this tea thrilling and enjoyable.

We suggest this tea for people who are seeking a refreshing and thrilling experience, a bit out of the ordinary.
