Our “Honey Water” Pu’er tea comes from our own 90-year-old tea trees on Settling Tea Mountain in Lincang. Made from the Yunnan Qiao Mu Da Ye Zhong varietal (known for its large-leaf old trees), this tea is truly special.
At first, the tea’s taste has a hint of bitterness, which quickly softens within just a few seconds. After that, you’ll notice a smooth, sweet flavor with a lasting “huigan” (a refreshing, lingering sweetness in the throat). As you continue to steep, the bitterness fades entirely, revealing a honey-like smoothness with a delicate floral aroma.
We recommend this tea for all tea lovers, even those new to Chinese tea, as it has a light, mellow, and beautifully balanced flavor.
