A: Orders above $100 are eligible for free shipping using ePacket. For orders below this threshold, there’s a flat rate of $12 for ePacket shipping. (Prices may vary for countries not listed Shipping & Returns.)

Q: How long does tea stay fresh?
A: The shelf life varies by type. Generally, black and green teas are best consumed within a year (Although they don’t go bad, their taste might diminish over the years), while white and Pu’er teas can age and develop richer flavors over time.

A: We suggest all teaware to be handwashed with warm water. Avoid using detergents, chemicals or abrasives.

A: It depends on the material. Porcelain and glass teaware are usually dishwasher safe, but it’s recommended to hand wash delicate or Yixing clay teaware to preserve their quality and patina. (again, we recommend all teaware to be handwashed)

Q: What materials are commonly used for making teaware?
A: Teaware can be crafted from various materials, including porcelain, ceramic, glass, Yixing clay, and metal alloys like stainless steel. Each material brings its unique qualities to the tea-drinking experience.
Q: How do I choose the right teapot size?
A: Consider the number of people you typically serve and your tea-drinking habits. Smaller teapots are suitable for 1-2 servings, while larger ones are ideal for groups. Also, factor in the type of tea you’ll brew as some teas need more space to unfurl.

Q: What items are eligible for refunds?
A: Teaware, only unused teaware may be returned for a refund within 7 days of receipt, subject to a valid reason. Refunds will be processed upon receipt, deducting shipping and a 30% restocking fee.

Q: What if my package is lost?
A: If the package can’t be found within 16 weeks after the shipping date, we offer a refund, re-send the item (if available), or replace it at no extra cost.

A: Contact us within 48 hours of receiving a damaged order (Provide pictures if possible). We will resolve the issue by replacing or refunding at no additional cost.
