Golden Needle FengQing DianHong Black Tea

“Golden Needle” is a straight black tea crafted using the traditional Dian Hong tea process. This type of tea is produced exclusively from the tea buds of Yunnan large-leaf tea trees, utilizing a straightening machine for a precise finish. The tea’s appearance resembles ripe awns of wheat, adorned with golden tea hairs, featuring a straight shape and an enticing aroma of malt.

The tea boasts a robust and persistent maltose aroma with a subtle roast, evoking memories of a bakery. Upon brewing, the maltose fragrance is immediately released, enveloping the space in its sweet scent. The flavor profile is sweet and smooth, akin to Golden Silk, yet with a bolder taste that lingers pleasantly in the mouth.

This tea is an excellent choice for serving at tea parties or as a delightful dessert drink after lunch or dinner.
