Green Tea

Green Tea, made from unoxidized tea leaves and its one of the least processed types of tea. This minimal oxidation helps retain its green color and a fresh, slightly grassy flavor. Green tea is rich in antioxidants and polyphenols, which are believed to offer various health benefits, such as improving brain function, aiding in weight loss, and reducing the risk of cancer and heart disease. Popular varies include Chinese Longjing and Japanese Matcha.
